Luzid is building the operating system for SAP delivery, the infrastructure layer underneath the most complex and expensive IT projects companies run. SAP implementations move billions of dollars and thousands of consultants, but the knowledge generated in these projects is never captured: it lives in people's heads, disappears when the project ends, and gets rebuilt from scratch on every new engagement.

Luzid solves this with an agentic orchestration platform that coordinates every phase of SAP transformation, capturing decisions, tests, and context as a byproduct of work already underway, building an organizational memory that accumulates across projects instead of resetting.

The Opportunity

Luzid is hiring Deployment Specialists in São Paulo and Europe to make our largest programs land.

SAP transformations rarely fail on software. They fail on adoption, on whether thousands of people across countries, functions, and competing incentives actually change how they work. The Deployment Specialist owns that outcome. You own the deployment plan, you move the organization, and you are accountable for whether the platform gets used.

This is a program management and change management role first. Deep SAP expertise is welcome, but it is not what the role is built on. We are hiring for the ability to drive an organization through change, not for module depth.

There is no playbook to inherit. Our deployments are early enough that you will be building the motion while running it, working directly with the Deployment Lead and the founding team, inside accounts that are among the largest SAP integrators in the world.

What You'll Do

Own the deployment plan for enterprise S/4HANA programs: scope, milestones, quality gates, go-live readiness
Run change management end to end: stakeholder mapping, communications, enablement, and adoption tracking. Getting people to actually use the product is the job, not a side effect of it
Translate in both directions between technical SAP teams and C-suite sponsors
Partner with customer program leadership at global integrators and the enterprises they serve
Build the deployment playbook: templates, quality gates, onboarding motions, so each deployment is faster and cleaner than the last
Feed what you learn back into the product. You are closest to how the platform behaves inside a real program, and that signal shapes what we build

What We're Looking For

PM or PMO track record across multiple enterprise programs. You have owned plans, run quality gates, and been accountable for delivery outcomes, not just reported on them
Strength in change management: strong organizational instincts and communication, demonstrated in multi-country, multi-stakeholder environments
High agency and ambition, a track record of driving outcomes without being told how, across more than one project or company
Working knowledge of SAP implementations. You understand S/4HANA programs and the shape of the lifecycle: blueprint, build, test, go-live, hypercare. Deep functional or technical SAP expertise is welcome but not required
Client-facing delivery experience, including presenting to senior and C-suite audiences
Genuine engagement with AI tooling: side projects, shipping with AI tools, real opinions on agentic workflows. Weighted heavily given what we build
Language. São Paulo: native Portuguese plus professional English. Europe: professional English plus French
Comfort with ambiguity and a strong ownership mindset in an early-stage environment
Nice to have: Big 4 or systems-integrator background, experience implementing early-stage software, founder or entrepreneurial experience, formal delivery rigor (SAP Activate, Scrum/PSM, PMO), exposure to FI/MM/SD/HR or GRC
