delaware Consulting is one of 11 SAP Global Platinum Partners—the Premier League of SAP partners. delaware Brazil, part of the delaware Consulting international network, is recognized for delivering high-quality SAP implementations across Public and Private Cloud environments. With 300 consultants, they have built a reputation for technical excellence and deep client partnership.
But delaware's leadership saw an opportunity to go further: raise quality standards, accelerate delivery timelines, and bring more innovative solutions to their clients. The bottleneck was clear: across the entire ERP delivery lifecycle, from scoping and design to testing and go-live, the volume and complexity of project work was consuming time that could be redirected toward strategic advisory and client-facing innovation. delaware needed a platform that could support the full delivery process while maintaining their rigorous quality standards.
The solution
delaware Brazil partnered with Luzid to deploy an end-to-end AI platform for ERP delivery across their practice. Unlike point solutions that only address a specific pain in the implementation, Luzid supports consultants across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through testing and go-live. The rollout began with a first cohort of 25 consultants to validate impact, and has since expanded to more than 100 onboarded users, with adoption continuing to grow as teams experience the results firsthand. The platform was configured to support the full spectrum of ERP delivery work, enabling delaware's teams to produce higher-quality outputs with greater consistency at every project phase. Consultants spent 559 hours on the platform and produced work that would have taken an estimated 2,259 hours manually, achieving a 4x productivity multiplier. This translates to 1,699 net hours saved, equivalent to 282 consulting days over three months.
Critically, the productivity gain scales with complexity. Simple outputs see solid improvements, but the most complex work—functional specifications, technical designs, and business analyses—shows the greatest time savings, precisely where consultant time is most valuable.
Strong adoption and retention
Adoption metrics tell an equally compelling story. Each consultant averaged 7 deliverables per week (1.4 per business day), and this rate continued to climb as familiarity with the platform grew. Usage per consultant increased by more than 50% over the three-month period, and retention was strong and stable for the 3 months of observation.
